Hover over or tap the logo in the upper left of your screen. Click on the Courses link in the Organization section.
There are two ways to add a course: 1) Select course from the USGA® course library, or 2) Enter course "manually".
Copy course from USGA course library
Hover over or tap the logo in the upper left of your screen. Click on the Course link in the Organization section.
Click the Find course... button.
Search all courses in a state by selecting the state and clicking the Search button.
Alternatively, select the state and then use the search box to enter the most unique words/names from the course name (skipping common words such as "the," "club," "golf," "country," "course," etc.).
Let's say you wanted to add Brier Creek Country Club of Raleigh, North Carolina. Enter "brier" as the most unique word for Course. Click the Search button to receive these results:
When you find a course you want to copy to Tournament Manager, click on the Select link to the left of the course name.
The course information, including tee information will display. Click on the button labeled, "Yes, use this course" to bring the course into Tournament Manager.
Add course manually
Hover over or tap the logo in the upper left of your screen. Click on the Course link in the Organization section.
Enter the Course name, put a dot in 18 holes or 9 holes and click the Create course button.
Enter City, State, and Country (these are optional fields that you can leave blank) and then click the NoName - N link to add your first tee. Thereafter you will click on the green plus sign - - to add another tee.
Click on the tee Name drop down menu to select the desired tee color. If you don't find what you need, type it in to the Name box. Do the same for tee Color. The tee color Abbreviation should fill in on its own. On the Rating & Slope tab, enter Men's and Ladies'Rating and Slope.
Click on the Hole information tab and fill out all information for Yards, Pars and Handicap hole order. Rating, slope, yardage, pars and handicap hole order are typically available on the course scorecards. You might also find them on the course website. You can also find rating and slope information at the Course Rating and Slope Database maintained by the USGA.
Click on the Savebutton in the Edit tee screen (image in Item 5 above).
Once you finish editing tees, then click the Save button on the Edit course screen.
