Running an Event

Below is the procedure for holding a typical event.




Individual Leagues (1 man teams)


  1. (Optional) If you are deviating from the automatic schedule, pair teams (players) for the event.  Pull down the Tools menu and select “Team Pairing”.  See Manual League Scheduler.
  2. Print the “Scorecards” or “Team Pairing Sheet” to report player pairings.  Reports 1 and 2.
  3. Play GOLF, and collect the scorecards.
  4. (Optional) Add any substitutes that played for regular players.  See Making Substitutions for more information.
  5. Enter each player’s scorecard.  See Entering Scorecards for more information.
  6. Print reports or post your league information to your website using the Website Builder. Select the report(s) that best fits your league’s needs.  See Reports for more information.

  1. When you have finished the event - Click the appropriate event tab to move to the next event.




Team Leagues (2, 3, 4 man teams)

  2. (Optional) Pair players for the event.  Pull down the Tools menu and select “Player Pairing for Team vs Team”.  See Player pairing order on a team for more information.

  4. Play GOLF, and collect the scorecards.

  2. Mark inactive players as inactive (highlight the player and type F7).  See Making a Player Inactive for more information.  Pair players for the event.  Pull down the Tools menu and select “Player Pairing for Team vs Team”.  See Player pairing order on a team for more information.
  3. Print the “Scorecards” or “Team Pairing Sheet” to see player pairings. Reports 1 and 2.
  4. Play GOLF, and collect the scorecards.
