Send messages to players

In Handicap System you are able to contact players through messages and emails. Players will have to log in to their Handicap System account to see messages.

1. In Handicap System, activate the Options Menu by placing your pointer inside the area marked below in orange.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on "Message" link under "Players" section on the Options Menu (pictured above at top).
   
   
3. From the drop down menu select "All people" or "Specific people".
   
   
   
   
4. To send message to one or more people, select "Specific people" from the drop down menu.
   
   
   
   
5. The Message window will now look like this:
   
   
   
   
6. Double click on player names to move them to the other box or highlight their name and use the arrow buttons to move them back and forth.
   
   
7. Click on blue Post button to post message. You will receive the following confirmation:
   
   
   
   
8. The message recipient - in the example above, Don Aldridge - will see the message the next time he logs in to his account. He can reply by entering a comment in the box that has the words, "Write a comment..."
