Creating a Custom View

Create a Custom View

  1. In Handicap System, activate the Options Menu by placing your pointer inside the area marked below in orange

  2. Click on "Manage" link under "Players" section on the Options Menu (pictured above at top)

  3. Click on Views drop down menu (circled below)

  4. Click on the Custom Views tab

  5. Click on the green "plus" sign

  6. Click inside the View Name box (see letter "A" below) and type a descriptive name for your new Custom View.

  7. All Custom Views start with Column 1 for Player ID# and Column 2 for Player Name. Select where you want to put a new column (see letter "B" and "C" above). When you click the Insert (left or right; "C" above) button, you will see a new window. Select a Category and Item and click on the blue button labeled "Use Item."

  8. If desired, shift existing columns left or right using the ">" and "<" buttons (see letter "D" above in image for Step 6).

  9. Confirm that your Header (see letter "E" above in image for Step 6), Alignment (see letter "F" above in image for Step 6) and Style (see letter "G" above in image for Step 6) are what you want for each column.

  10. You can see a Preview of your View (see letter "I" above in image for Step 6)

  11. If you want any columns to freeze so they do not scroll out of view, select a number between 1 and 4 (see letter "J" above in image for Step 6). Select 0 if you want all columns to scroll.

  12. Click on the blue Save button (see above in image for Step 6) to save your changes. The blue Close button closes the window without saving changes.

If you want to delete a column that is in your report, click the Remove button for that column (see letter "H" above in image for Step 6).
